OVEN 
Decarbonising degreaser 750 Ml

OVEN is a special decarbonising action degreaser designed to be used wherever food is cooked, processed and packaged. Its particular formulation has a penetrating action that softens the carbonaceous residues and the most stubborn fats with extreme rapidity and effectiveness. OVEN complies with the regulations in force concerning Hygiene and Health (Self-monitoring system H.A.C.C.P.).

APPLICATIONS

•  OVEN is excellent as an example for the cleaning of: ovens, cooking plates, grills, fryers, frying pans, pots, pans, trolleys, cutting boards and stumps for meat, kitchens and worktops, ducts, hoods, filters, fireplaces, barbecue , etc.

HOW TO USE OVEN

thanks to its high concentration it can also be diluted in water depending on the use and the amount of dirt to be removed.

Ovens: 

• Bring the oven to 90 °C and off, spray the parts inside, close the door and leave 10 minutes. Clean with a sanding cloth and rinse with water using a sponge or cloth. Pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes before using it again. 

Grill: 

• Spray on the racks leave 10 minutes, wipe with a pannoabrasivo, rinse. Pre-heat 10 minutes before use. 

Fryer: 

• Off the Deep Fryer, remove the oil and remove residues. Spray the product and leave it act 10 minutes. To clean, rinse with water and dry.

Warnings
